* Until 230 PM EDT.
* At 1127 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the
warned area. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. Flash
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD…Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

IMPACT…Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
drainage and low lying areas.
* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include…
Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Highland Beach, Kings
Point, Dunes Road, Village Of Golf, Loxahatchee NWR, Villages Of
Oriole, Morikami Park and Boca Raton Equestrian.
Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the
warned area.
Instruction: Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses
as well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.
