Description: The National Weather Service in San Angelo has issued a

Southern Coke County in west central Texas…
Southeastern Sterling County in west central Texas…
North central Tom Green County in west central Texas…

* Until 315 AM CDT.

* At 237 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Broome, or 14 miles southeast of Sterling City,
moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD…Tornado and quarter size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT…Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.
