Southern Nevada County in southwestern Arkansas…
Northern Columbia County in southwestern Arkansas…
Southeastern Cass County in northeastern Texas…

* Until 1045 AM CST.

* At 737 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have
already fallen in the past few hours. Flash flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD…Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Magnolia, Atlanta, Stamps, Waldo, Lewisville, McNeil, Linden, Queen
City, Fouke, Buckner, Rosston, Garland, Willisville, Bodcaw, Bluff
City, Bivins, McLeod, Brightstar, Ravanna and Kildare.

Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the
warned area over the next few hours.
Instruction: Turn around, don’t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
