Gregg County in northeastern Texas…
* Until 930 AM CST.
* At 625 AM CST, Doppler radar and automated gauges indicated
thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to
three inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing
or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD…Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT…Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
drainage and low lying areas.

Tyler, Longview, Kilgore, Whitehouse, White Oak, Gladewater,
Gilmer, Lindale, Bullard, Jefferson, Big Sandy, Hawkins, Ore City,
Clarksville City, East Mountain, Harleton, Berea, Diana, Rosewood
and Liberty City.
Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the
