Description: With temperatures rising above freezing this morning, the threat
for patchy freezing fog has diminished. However, patchy dense fog
remains across portions of southern Maryland, northern Virginia,
and the Northern Neck. The highest coverage of fog will remain
near bodies of water, and motorists should use caution while
travelling this morning, remaining alert for reduced visibility.
The fog is expected to lift and visibilities improve by midday
across the areas noted above.
