Description: At 631 AM HST, radar indicated rain over Oahu was diminishing but
streams remain high. As of 615 AM the gages on Waihee and Waihole
streams showed rapid rises and water from these streams will likely
produce flooding over Kamemehameha Highway from Kaneohe to Punaluu.

Honolulu, Waimanalo, Wahiawa, Waialua, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii
Kai, Ahuimanu, Punaluu, Wheeler Field, Kapolei, Waikele and Kalihi.
Instruction: A flash flood warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring in
streams, roads, and low lying areas. Move to higher ground now.

Do not cross fast flowing water in your vehicle, or on foot. Turn
around, don’t drown.
