.Thunderstorms continue to produce heavy rainfall over northeast
Iowa and southwest Wisconsin. The main threat for flash flooding
will be through daybreak and the very early morning hours. The
storms are expected to end from west to east by about 6 am, but
flooding will persist. Some areas could rainfall totals in the 3
inch range.

Those in the Flash Flood Watch and currently experiencing storms
should prepare for possible flooding in the next few hours.

The Flash Flood Watch has been cancelled for areas west of a
Decorah to Oelwein line in northeast Iowa.

The Flash Flood Watch continues for

* Portions of northeast Iowa and southwest Wisconsin, including
the following areas, in northeast Iowa, Allamakee and Clayton.
In southwest Wisconsin, Crawford, Grant, and Richland.

* Until 7 AM CDT this morning

* Thunderstorms with heavy rainfall.

* The heavy rain over already saturated soils increases the
threat for mudslides and flooding.
Instruction: A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead
to flash flooding. Flash flooding is a very dangerous situation.

You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.
