Description: The National Weather Service in San Angelo has issued a

* Tornado Warning for…
Southeastern Jones County in west central Texas…
Northeastern Taylor County in west central Texas…

* Until 630 AM CDT.

* At 545 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Dyess Afb, or near Abilene, moving northeast at 30
mph.

HAZARD…Tornado and quarter size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT…Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.

Hamby around 610 AM CDT.
Abilene around 615 AM CDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Impact
and Lake Fort Phantom Hill.

This includes Interstate 20 between Mile Markers 276 and 292.
