Description: The Flash Flood Watch continues for

* Portions of east central Kansas and northeast Kansas, including
the following counties, in east central Kansas, Anderson,
Coffey, Douglas, Franklin, Lyon, Morris, Osage, Shawnee, and
Wabaunsee. In northeast Kansas, Jackson and Jefferson.

* From this evening through Wednesday evening

* Additional thunderstorms will develop later tonight and
especially during the day on Tuesday into Tuesday night. Some
areas will see an additional 2 to 3 inches of rain with locally
higher amounts possible. More storms are possible Wednesday
afternoon that could prolong the flooding concerns.

Instruction: A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead
to flash flooding. Flash flooding is a very dangerous situation.

You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.
