Description: At 421 PM MDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
thunderstorms producing heavy rain over the warned area. Up to three
inches of rain have already fallen nine miles southeast of Flagler.
Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly if not already occurring.

Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Flagler and Seibert.

This includes Interstate 70 in Colorado between mile markers 390 and
408.

Instruction: Turn around, don’t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
