Description: * WHAT…1 to 3 inches of snow and sleet expected.

* WHERE…In Maryland, Central and Southeast Montgomery and
Central and Southeast Howard Counties. In Virginia, Eastern
Loudoun County.

* WHEN…From noon Sunday to 4 AM EST Monday. Snow will
overspread the area between 11 AM and 1 PM Sunday morning and
afternoon. Snow will mix with sleet and then change to rain
between 5 PM and 8 PM Sunday evening. The heaviest snow is
expected between 3 PM and 5 PM Sunday afternoon, with snowfall
rates up to one inch per hour possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Plan on slippery road conditions.

Instruction: A Winter Weather Advisory means periods of wintry precipitation
will cause primarily travel difficulties. Expect slippery roads
and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.

When venturing outside, watch your first few steps taken on
steps, sidewalks, and driveways, which could be icy and slippery,
