Event: Special Weather Statement
Sender Name: NWS Baltimore MD/Washington DC
Issued: 2018-11-16T07:39:00-05:00
Expires: 2018-11-16T10:00:00-05:00
Description: Even though air temperatures are above freezing in many areas,
some road surfaces have dropped below freezing, resulting in
residual moisture to freeze into ice. Traffic accidents have been
reported across the region due to ice.

Be especially cautious if you are traveling this morning,
especially on bridges and elevated roadways. Roads that look wet
may in fact be icy. Drive slowly and brake gently. Sunshine and
rising temperatures will lead to improving conditions by mid
morning.
