* At 332 AM CST, radar continued to show moderate to heavy rainfall
in much of the warned area. Heavy rainfall is expected to continue
into the morning hours. With ongoing runoff problems and saturated
ground from record February rainfall, it will take very little
additional rainfall to cause flash flooding problems. Even after
the rain slacks up or dissipates, runoff problems will continue
for some time.
