Description: At 515 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned
area. Radar is indicating that 3 to 5 inches of rain has fallen in
the warning area. Rivers and streams are rising rapidly. Another
1 to 2 inches of rain is possible over the next 2 hours.

Conway, Bethlehem, Lincoln, Moultonborough, Ossipee, Holderness,
Effingham, Franconia, Tamworth, Sandwich, Pinkham Notch, Mount
Washington, Carroll, Gorham, Bartlett, Madison, Freedom, Jackson,
Albany and Eaton.
