SOUTHERN WALTON COUNTY IN THE PANHANDLE OF FLORIDA…
THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA BEACH…

* UNTIL 1215 PM CDT

* AT 512 AM CDT…LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED FLASH
FLOODING ACROSS SOUTHERN WALTON COUNTY WITH NUMEROUS FLOODED
ROADS. RADAR ESTIMATES 6 TO 10 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS
THE AREA AND VERY HEAVY RAIN CONTINUES. SEVERAL MORE INCHES OF
RAIN APPEAR LIKELY. THIS IS A PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS FLASH FLOOD
EVENT.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO SHADY
GROVE…ROCK HILL…RED BAY…PORTLAND…PLEASANT RIDGE…NEW
