THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF…PANAMA CITY BEACH…PANAMA CITY…
LYNN HAVEN…CALLAWAY…
SOUTHERN CALHOUN COUNTY IN THE PANHANDLE OF FLORIDA…

* UNTIL 1100 AM CDT

* AT 458 AM CDT…RADAR DETECTED AN AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY
HEAVY RAIN MOVING SLOWLY SOUTHEAST TOWARDS THE PANAMA CITY AREA.
THESE STORMS ARE PRODUCING RAINFALL RATES IN EXCESS OF 2 INCHES
PER HOUR…AND FLASH FLOODING IS LIKELY TO DEVELOP QUICKLY ONCE
THE RAIN STARTS GIVEN THE SATURATED CONDITIONS ALREADY IN PLACE.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO SPRINGFIELD
AND HILAND PARK
