Description: At 645 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong
thunderstorms extending from Blackwells Corner in Kern County to
near Cuyama. This line of storms was moving west at 20 mph and will
affect much of northern Santa Barbara County and much of San Luis
Obispo County through 8 PM PDT.

Very heavy downpours, dangerous lightning, nickel size hail and wind
gusts of 50 to 55 mph will be possible with this line of storms.

Locations impacted include…
Cuyama…Orcutt…Sisquoc…Black Mountain…Carrizo Plain…
Highway 166 between Twitchell Dam and the Cuyama Valley…
Lake Lopez…and Shandon.

Instruction: Torrential rainfall may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive
your vehicle through flooded roadways. A Flash Flood Warning remains
in effect until 745 PM PDT for northern Santa Barbara County and
Southeastern San Luis Obispo County, including the Alamo Burn area.
