* TEMPERATURES…RANGING FROM THE SINGLE DIGITS IN THE COLDEST SUBURBS
TO TEENS IN THE DOWNTOWN AREAS.

* WINDS…NORTHWEST 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH.

* IMPACTS…LOW WIND CHILLS MAY LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA OR FROST
BITE ON EXPOSED SKIN.
Instruction: A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WINDS
WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE LOW WIND CHILLS. THIS WILL RESULT IN
FROST BITE AND LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.
