Description: The combination of Tropical Storm Cindy’s remnants and an
incoming cold front will lead to the possibility of locally heavy
rain and minor flooding tonight.
The Flash Flood Watch continues for

* Portions of central Kentucky.

* Through tonight

* A cold front coming in from the northwest will join forces
with the remnants of Tropical Storm Cindy to produce
widespread rain, possibly heavy.

* The heaviest rainfall is expected during the evening hours and
may cause trouble with rush hour traffic.

Instruction: A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead
to flash flooding. Flash flooding is a very dangerous situation.

You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.
