Description: The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has expanded the

* Flash Flood Watch to include portions of east central Ohio,
Pennsylvania, and northern West Virginia panhandle, including
the following areas, in east central Ohio, Carroll, Columbiana,
Coshocton, Harrison, Jefferson, and Tuscarawas. In Pennsylvania,
Beaver, Butler, and Lawrence. In northern West Virginia
panhandle, Hancock.

* Until 2 AM EDT Saturday

* Rainfall amounts up to three inches are possible due to the
remnants of Cindy and an approaching cold front.

* Flooded roads along with streams and creeks out of their banks
are likely where the heaviest rainfall occurs.

Instruction: A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead
to flash flooding. Flash flooding is a VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.

You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.
