SOUTHEASTERN HARRIS COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN TEXAS…

* UNTIL 730 PM CDT

* AT 555 PM CDT…DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A NEARLY STATIONARY
CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN ACROSS PARTS OF
THE WARNED AREA. THE STORMS ARE PRODUCING RAINFALL RATES OF 2 TO 4
INCHES PER HOUR…AND HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO PRODUCE ANOTHER 2 TO 4
INCHES BEFORE 730 PM IF THEY PERSIST. THIS WILL LEAD TO FLOODING.
